He is professional, responsive, fairly priced, highly communicative, thoroughly competent, on time (he even came EARLY because he remembered I said we were hoping to get the truck in the road sooner), and a master truck packer — he likened packing up a moving truck to playing an advanced game of Jenga. Cortez is the true definition of servant giving and servant leadership. With every job he does, he wants to leave his customer in a better place. I know that whatever job you have, Cortez will excel at it. I moved out of state but man I wish he lived closer to me. I would hire him to do everything. A great company and a great team. I have hired Cortez Helping Hands maybe 5 times in the past 5 years. For large or small jobs, they are always prompt and courteous. And they do the job well. This last move was no exception. Elle and Kevin showed up 10 minutes early and got right to work. My 16' U-Haul was emptied, and the furniture was moved to the second floor in less than half an hour. There was no damage, no scratches on the wall, and everything was exactly as I asked for. Outstanding work. As always!
